Rhythm Plus Consulting Company, operating successfully in the market of consulting services in Uzbekistan since its establishment in 2003, has already begun its transition to the next stage of its development and entry into global markets.

The company is currently involved in the implementation of projects financed by international organizations and financial institutions in the strategic sectors of the economies of Central Asia, such as the construction of roads, water resources, healthcare, energy etc.

The company has acquired a considerable experience in the development of feasibility studies, preparation of bidding documents and carrying out of ICBs in accordance with procedures of international finance institutions, project management and construction supervision in accordance international standards and regulations.

Mechanism of Providing Services

Rhythm Plus Consulting Company, being young, but very mature in the minds of its personnel, possesses the most precious asset in its core, a very talented, results-oriented, clear minded personnel pertaining to different fields of business. Total number of permanent personnel to date is 25 experts, but on time and assignment basis, now, Rhythm Plus Consulting Company employs more than 60 people. Our company as young as diverse and multicultural, to date has been cooperating with specialists from Germany, Korea, India, Sri-Lanka, Philippines, Ethiopia and Kuwait engaged in ongoing projects. Number of experts in company database exceeds 200 local and 80 international experts.

While engaging in projects the Company cooperates with a wide range of experts for each area of specialization. In doing this the Company uses a matrix structure of staffing: every team includes industry experts and business area experts.

The Consultants on the projects are either Company’s full-time experts or external specialists from the Company’s consultant database. This enables the Company to provide best quality service while controlling costs.

In determining the value of the consulting engagement the Company carries out screening of the client and project and develops an agreement containing scope of work.

The total cost of Company’s engagement is calculated based on the Terms of Reference (ToR) and scope of work and the generally accepted man-day costing.

Rhythm Plus is an active member of the Association Consulting Engineers of Uzbekistan (FIDIC Member), board member of the Road Association of Uzbekistan, active member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and holds a Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management System certificates according to the international ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. This will ensure that a high standard of work will be consistently delivered across the company and that staff are well aware of their individual responsibilities, reporting structure and processes relevant to their position.
