Reconstruction of 87 km of the A-380 Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beineu highway on the 228-315 km section with the participation of the Asian Development Bank (Bukhara)
The project is being implemented in accordance with Presidential Decree
No. PP-2583 dated 09.09.2016 “On measures for the implementation of the project “Reconstruction of 87 km of the A-380 Guzar-Bukhara-Nukus-Beineu highway on the 228-315 km section” with the participation of the Asian Development Bank”. At the same time, the optimized TER of the project was approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 04.04.2019 No. PP-4269 “On Amendments and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan”.
The A-380 Guzor-Bukhara-Nukus-Beineu highway is considered part of the international transport route E-40 in Uzbekistan, providing access to European countries, Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan, connecting with the trans-Afghan transport route through Uzbekistan. This highway passes through the territory
of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara and Kashkadarya regions and provides interstate and interregional communication. The highway, in turn, is an important international route connecting
