The Rhythm Plus company was established in 2003 and has been successfully operating in the consulting services market of Uzbekistan to this day.

The company is currently involved in the implementation of major projects funded by international organizations and financial institutions in strategic sectors of the Central Asian economy, such as: highway construction, healthcare, energy sector, agriculture and irrigation, water resources management, industrial construction, etc.

The company has also launched a project “Investclub.uz “, actively began to cooperate with the Government and major investors on the development and maintenance of PPP projects.

Over the years, Rhythm Plus has gained solid experience in the development of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documentation and conducting international and local competitive bidding, project management and technical supervision of construction in accordance with international procedures and local legislation requirements.
