The objective of the Project is the technical equipping with diagnostic and medical equipment of the Republican specialized centers and Republican specialized scientific and practical medical centers to perform their basic tasks of organizing and providing qualified medical care at the modern level.

Description of actual services provided in the assignment:

1. Development of technical specifications of the purchased equipment with ensuring its “neutrality”, i.e. no attachment to any particular equipment model.
2. Assisting the Client in carrying out all stages of the bidding process, starting with the preparation of the announcement for the bid, ending with the award of the contract with the preparation of the draft contracts in accordance with the procedures of the SFD. With the assistance of the Consultant, the first bid for the purchase of medical imaging equipment (MRI, MSCT, X-ray machines, ultrasound scanners) was completed.
3. Monitoring the implementation of contracts for the supply of equipment, including technical supervision of the preparation of premises for the installation of equipment, monitoring of timely delivery, payments to suppliers and supervision of installation of equipment.
4. Preparation and submission of regular project progress reports to the Client.
