Description of actual services provided in the assignment:
Rhythm Plus appointed to the Owner’s Engineer role for the whole period of project implementation to carry out following activities:

Preparation:

1. Land Lease Agreement between the land owner and EEH
2. Preparation of technical report for the Civil Aviation Agency. Obtain permission from the agency for erection of the wind met masts
3. Obtain approval from the Ministry of Defense for erection of the facilities over 50m height
4. Preparation of technical report for the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate change. Obtain permission to start construction works at the site, including site visit by the representatives of the Department of Ecology and Environmental Protection of Bukhara Region
5. Obtain approval from JSC Uztelecom for installation of satelite systems to receive data
6. Obtain confirmation for no existence of the cultural heritage objects in the met mast locations
7. Receive no objection letter from local and regional municipalities of Bukhara region upon completion of 1‐5 items
8. Receive technical conclusion of the preliminary design of met mast from the Inspection of State Architectural and Construction Supervision of Gazli and Olot districts
9. Prepare progress reports for EEH.

Installation and Commissioning:

1. Prepare Installation Reports for all Wind Measurement Stations.

Disassembly and Decommissioning:

1. Disassembly and Decommissioning Works
2. Site restoration
3. Prepare disassembly reports for EEH.
