Preparation, expertise and approval of Feasibility Study Calculations (FSC) of the investment project “Improvement of emergency medical services” in the amount of $ 100 million of credit funds from the International Development Association (WB).

Description of actual services provided in the assignment:

Major scopes are described below:

• Site visits to selected medical institutions in Tashkent and regions, and carrying out of inventory;
• Analysis of existing equipment and assessment of needs for updating of medical facilities;
• Review the list of equipment and assessment of its compliance with functional requirements;
• Preparation of detailed technical specifications of the equipment with its neutralization;
• Preparation and approval of the Procurement Plan in accordance with the developed technical specifications of the equipment;
• Preparation of the FSCas per the approved government legislation and standards;
• Approval of the FSCwith the Scientific-Technical Council of MOH and relevant government organization;
• Assist in the preparation and approval of the draft Government decision (Decree) on the implementation of the investment project.
