About project
“Needs Survey of Human Resources in SME Development” directed at exploration of the human resources needs of the small and medium enterprises, their skills and education level, also the need for further advancement of their capabilities.
Description of actual services provided in the assignment:
- Conduct the survey in three stages.
- Examination of the current situation of SME’S in each region and make a field survey plan, submit to JICA for approval before starting field survey.
- Visit and conduct interviews based on the questionnaires; State Committee on Property, Chamber of Commerce, including Business Incubation organization, 30 SME’s, and exam the current situation of Business Courses in each region.
- Summarize the results of Survey and report preparation, by unifying/consolidating the questionnaires.
Presentation of the result of the study at JICA office before submission of the final report.
