Description of actual services provided in the assignment:

Consultant performed the following works:

1. A study of the current state and prospects for the development of the energy sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
2. Analysis of the structure of import and export of electricity;
3. Collection and data analysis on thermal power plants (TPPs), hydroelectric power plants (HPPs), and power transmission lines (PTLs) of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
   • on existing facilities: location, commissioning, installed equipment, capacity, output, length, etc.;
   • on completed and ongoing investment projects: location, total project cost, funding sources, project organization, project Engineer/Consultant and selected participants, general contractor, subcontractors, installed equipment and construction works, status, etc.;
   • on planned and expected investment projects, project status, source of funding, developers, readiness of pre-feasibility study, feasibility study, status, etc.
   • leading local manufacturers, suppliers of materials and equipment, construction companies in the energy sector.

Analysis and selection of potential projects and partners for MC on TPPs, HPPs, transmission lines.
